Recruitment and Administration of Temporary Staff for the EIB Group within a Managed Service Programme (MSP)

Description

The EIB Group (European Investment Bank and European Investment Fund) aims at selecting a single managed service provider (MSP) for the administration of temporary staff and up to 5 staffing agencies to provide interim administrative/support and professional/executive staff. Lot 1: Outsourcing of the Administration of Temporary Staff-related Tasks for the EIB Group in Luxembourg and the EIB Group External Offices (EO) to a Service Provider The intention of the EIB Group, with regard to the supply of temporary staff, is as follows: • for lot I: — outsource the management of the delivery of temporary employees by staffing agencies to one MSP; — utilize a vendor management system (VMS) to improve the speed and efficiency of the temporary recruitment and billing processes; — maintain the service of administrative/support and professional/executive interim staff; — maintain the coverage of temporary staff services to benefit the EO. Lot 2: Provision of Administrative/Support and Professional Temporary Staff in Luxembourg through Staffing Agencies The intention of the EIB Group, with regard to the supply of temporary staff, is as follows: • for lot II: — ensure the provision of administrative/support and professional/executive temporary staff in Luxembourg through staffing agencies under lot II.
