Second Source Responsive Repairs - Multi-trade

Description

Contract award following a competitive procurement process for the delivery of responsive repair works (Multi-trade scheme which covers carpentry, brickwork, general building, door replacement, painting and decorating, electrical and many others) in relation to the Council's residential properties. Additional information: The primary objective of this contract is to support the Council in delivering responsive repair services including but not limited to carpentry, brickwork, general building, door replacement, painting and decorating, electrical and many others for its residential housing stock, providing the necessary flexibility to manage this critical function effectively. Specifically, the contract will ensure the timely and efficient delivery of repairs for residents, guaranteeing that all works are completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service throughout.
