The Strategic Procurement and Brokerage Team uses it to review care costs, achieve value for money, identify savings opportunities in high-cost placements, and ensure a consistent approach to setting care fees while maintaining positive relationships with care providers. Lot 1: The procurement is for the continued provision of the CareCubed Adults Calculator, an evidence-based care costing and fee negotiation tool used by the Council's Strategic Procurement and Brokerage Team. The service supports the assessment and review of adult social care placement costs, facilitates transparent and consistent fee negotiations with care providers, and provides benchmarking and market intelligence to support value for money. The requirement comprises a software subscription, user access, system support, maintenance, and ongoing updates for use across adult social care commissioning and brokerage activities.
