Agreement to provide a commercial route to market for public sector organisations looking to conduct a Heat Network or Electricity Generation project. This will include design, planning, commissioning, installation, retrofit, upgrades, repairs, maintenance and operation services. Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, intends to put in place an agreement for Heat Networks and Electricity Generating assets. This will allow customers to commission, build, maintain, operate and upgrade their generating assets. Customers will also have access to gain share arrangements to assist with financing their projects. The agreement will offer services that facilitate the commissioning and construction of new assets, upgrades or expansions of existing assets, and the ongoing maintenance and operation of generation assets. CCS will be conducting market engagement with all interested parties.
