Framework for New Works, Improvements and Maintenance to Car Parks and Other Hard Surfaced Areas

Description

The Contract is for the provision of Suppliers for inclusion on a framework for the delivery of new works, improvements and maintenance to car parks and other hard surfaced areas within the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough. The duration of the framework is anticipated to be 36 months. The Authority may decide, at their sole discretion, to extend the duration of the framework for an additional 12 months. Project Scope – new works, improvements and maintenance to car parks and other hard surfaced areas, which may include: • Drainage and ducting works • Repairs to existing sub-base • Carriageway/Footway construction • Kerbing • Surfacing • Lining • Lighting and CCTV • Landscaping • Signage • DDA improvements • Retaining walls, barriers and handrails
