Replacement of existing radiators, pipework, and installation of Smart Thermostats

The Park Authority has recently installed a backup air source heat pump and need to improve the effectiveness & efficiency by upgrading the radiators in the office building. Additionally, requirement is to replace the heating controls across the same buildings as well as the extension building. Lot 1: Background The Park Authority has recently installed a backup air source heat pump and need to improve the effectiveness & efficiency by upgrading the radiators in building 14, 15 & 16. Additionally, requirement is to replace the heating controls across the same buildings as well as the extension building. Requirements To strip out all the old radiators and associated pipework in building 14, 15 & 16. To strip out all old heating controls in building 14, 15, 16 & the extension. Install new heaters and pipework that will work more effectively and efficiently. Install new heating controls so the temperature can be monitored and controlled remotely.
