Grŵp Cynefin is currently inviting tenders for the development of an Affordable Housing System. Tai Teg is a partnership that manages affordable housing for the following partners across North Wales. The Tai Teg affordable homes register is administered by Grŵp Cynefin on behalf of the partners. Tai Teg is looking to implement an Affordable Housing System (“AHS”) that will be an innovative digital solution designed to streamline the process of matching applicants with affordable housing properties. It will emphasize security, user-friendliness, security and compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).
