Provision of ICT Managed Services

Description

The purpose of this contract is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a co-managed ICT infrastructure, hosting, cyber security and managed support service to HHP. Lot 1: The purpose of this Procurement is to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide: a) Server hosting, virtual infrastructure management and support for hosted and local environments. b) Hardware, operating system, platform, patching and lifecycle support. c) Network administration, VPN management, security configuration and monitoring. d) Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender, Intune and related administration and security support. e) Remote Desktop Services (RDS) support and optimisation. f) Backup, immutable backup, restore testing, disaster recovery and resilience support. g) Incident management, escalation and third-party technical coordination. h) Cyber security monitoring, vulnerability management and support for Cyber Essentials objectives. i) Innovation, service improvement and optional enhanced security services where these offer measurable value.
