The contract is for an Initial Service Period of 7 years commencing on the 1.4.2018, extendible to a maximum of 10 years in 3 single year extensions. The annual contract value is estimated at 18 000 000 GBP - 21 000 000 GBP per annum i.e. an estimated total life value of 210 000 000 GBP.
