Causeway Project Accounting (CPA) System

Description

South Lanarkshire Council have a requirement to undertake a Negotiated Procedure under Standing Order 9 of the Council's Standing Orders on Contracts for the provision of Causeway Project Accounting (CPA) System. The award of this contract under the Negotiated Tendering Procedure can be justified under Standing Order 9.3.1 of the Council’s Standing Orders on Contracts for the following reason:- The services can only be supplied by one suitable contractor because competition is absent for technical reasons and the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement. The contract term runs from 22 December 2025 to 21 December 2026 with the option to extend for a further 1 year if required. Lot 1: Award of a contract without prior publication of a call for competition.
