- Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing: Required for all new employees before joining EWR Co. - Random drug and alcohol testing: Unannounced, periodic testing to ensure continued employee compliance. - For cause testing: Testing based on suspicion or certain employee behaviour. - Emergency provision: Must be able to offer immediate testing services in response to potential incidents requiring swift action. - Compliance with RISQS Audit Protocol: All bidders must demonstrate compliance with the Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme (RISQS), particularly the Alcohol & Drugs Module RISQS-AP-007.
