E-Learning Platform and Health & Safety Training Content

Food Standards Scotland (FSS) has an upcoming requirement for a Supplier(s) to provide an eLearning platform and/or training content. FSS would like to understand: - Potential suppliers who would be interested in the requirement; - Capability of suppliers to supply both the eLearning Platform and Health & Safety training content, as well as environmental related training content; and - Estimated budget for the platform and training content respectively. Lot 1: Food Standards Scotland (FSS) has an upcoming requirement for a Supplier(s) to provide an eLearning platform and/or training content. FSS would like to understand: - Potential suppliers who would be interested in the requirement; - Capability of suppliers to supply both the eLearning Platform and Health & Safety training content, as well as environmental related training content; and - Estimated budget for the platform and training content respectively. FSS require an eLearning Platform for two main purposes: 1. To facilitate the design and hosting of technical training created by FSS. - FSS develops and provides e-learning training to Authorised officers both internally within FSS Operational Delivery Division and externally to Local Authority Environmental health officers. FSS also develops training for Head Office staff as required. 2. To host operational suite of Health and Safety training content (Annex 1) to be provided or developed by the Supplier. - FSS operates with a range of roles and responsibilities in dynamic and sometimes hazardous environments, ranging from office environments to farms, home working and food processing. This range of work environments requires a knowledge of workplace health and safety to enable FSS staff to operate in a safe and considered manner.. FSS would like to hear from potential suppliers.
