Ålesund municipality hereby announces our intention to enter into a new agreement with Documaster AS regarding Documaster Archive, without announcing a tender contest. This will involve a continuation of the current agreement (including the amendment annex), but in the form of a new and adjusted SSA-L agreement that takes into account both the current situation in Ålesund municipality, the municipality division project, as well as an assumed expanded need in the coming years. This will involve a continuation of the current agreement (including the amendment annex), but in the form of a new and adjusted SSA-L agreement that takes into account both the current situation in Ålesund municipality, the municipality division project, as well as an assumed expanded need in the coming years. REGARDING OPTIONS: It is difficult to provide a value for option under the agreement. This is because it is not possible to determine how many extra TB of storage and extra sources will be needed due to the division of the municipality. This concerns both Ålesund 2024 and Haram 2024. For Haram 2024, it is also uncertain whether there is a need for a secure cloud. The value of the options is therefore specified in the form of a framework that ensures the necessary flexibility.
