Pensions Dashboards Programme - Digital Delivery and Test Support

Description

MaPS requires an uplift in support to be given to the Pensions Dashboards Programme in order to deliver a revised over-arching digital delivery plan, update and improve the existing digital test strategy, and facilitate delivery and testing activities. In order to deliver these requirements, activities will include: - Create an overarching digital delivery plan for the programme, based on current and planned workstream activities. - Review and update the existing programme test strategy. - Assist in establishing organisational structures. - Assist in establishing robust and transparent reporting structures. - Work closely with existing delivery and testing resources to establish clear workstream testing objectives - Orchestrate all testing resources and activities. - Work with internal team members, engaged stakeholders, and delivery partners to achieve and assure successful delivery of digital outcomes. The contract was procured as a call-off, following a short-listing and evaluation process, from RM1557.14 Digital Marketplace (G-Cloud 14).
