Description
Upgrade to the Philips MR machine at the University Hospital of North Norway, Tromsø. The MR at the University Hospital of North Norway is nearing its end-of-life and there is, therefore, a need to upgrade it. The upgrade will give 9-10 years extended lifetime at a considerably lower cost than a replacement. The upgrade is priced at 6 380 000 NOK. The components are proprietor and the upgrade can only be carried out by the existing supplier. The service is therefore exempt from a competition, cf. the public procurement regulations §13-4 letter b nº 3.
