The Council wishes to establish a Contract for the provision of Business Planning Services. The Council is managing this procurement in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations. This is a services Contract being procured under the Open procedure. The main strategic objectives of this Contract are to develop the following: -An Assessment of the income generation potential of the site -An Assessment of the potential expenditure requirements of the site -A market analysis of visitor potential and comparator analysis. -High level visitor number predictions -A Business Plan and Economic Development strategy for the new museum with sensitivity analysis and detailed risk analysis Keywords: Museum Services, Business Planning
