GB-Middlesbrough: Post Occupancy Evaluation

Teesside University aims for BREEAM Outstanding on all its new buildings and encourages continuous learning. Therefore, the consultant is requested to provide a quotation to carryout separate Post Occupancy Evaluation on the following four capital building projects, three of which have been recently completed and the fourth due to be complete next year. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
