The service will provide specialist palliative care to support individuals, and their families / carers affected by terminal illness. The service will include the provision of: • Inpatient admissions for pain and symptom management including psychological issues and end of life care. • Day Hospice services for pain and symptom management, rehabilitative palliative care. • Bereavement counselling services Lot 1: The service will provide specialist palliative care to support individuals, and their families / carers affected by terminal illness.
