East Sussex County Council Adult Social Care and East Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups (the Commissioning Partnership) are re-tendering their Community Equipment Service and Installation Service. The service supports the whole systems policy to help more people live independently in the community, reduce acute bed care, facilitating safe and timely discharge and support admission avoidance strategies.
