Request for Tender for the provision of a drop-in centre/hub for Ukrainian refugees living in Cork City and the delivery of associated supports, under Cork City Partnership CLG’s (CCP’s) Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP) 2024-2028. The delivery of a range of direct supports to Ukrainian refugees through the provision of a drop-in Centre/Hub. The drop-in Centre should provide a range of both individual and group supports including, for example: • Adult education • Language provision • Information provision • Employment supports. • Social activities • Child and family activities • Referral to other organisations. Registration of individuals will require the following. • Collate hard copies of forms. • Ensure SICAP staff have suitable access to maintain support for each registered individual including: a) Individual registration form b) Individual Personal Action Plan (PAP) c) Track progression of all individuals 6 months after intervention d) Complete documentation for input into Integrated Reporting and Information System (IRIS), (i.e., SICAP’s computer-based performance and monitoring system), data as specified in a to c above, for each individual (at least 60 individuals in total.
