NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) is awarding a 3 year contract to British Telecommunications (BT) Plc for 'Health & Social Care Network' (HSCN) Services. The contract provides network connectivity at circa 220 primary care and 2 data centres sites across HIOW. The contract is awarded via Lot 1: Data access services of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Network Services 2 Framework (RM808). The contact value is £802,817.90 per annum, totalling £2,408,453.70 for the full three year period. The new contract will commence on 7th August 2023, and conclude on 6th August 2026, The ICB have conducted a Direct Award process via Lot 1: Data access services of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Network Services 2 Framework (RM808). The ICB have conducted a desktop comparison exercise, as per the call off terms of the framework agreement, in order to establish which supplier provides the most economically advantageous solution. All of the service offers available under the relevant Lot were assessed and BT were selected as the successful supplier.
