Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to supply and fit Fire Doors (and associated ironmongery). Lot 1: Home Fix Scotland are seeking to appoint a competent and experienced contractor to supply and fit Fire Doors (and associated ironmongery). Tender Requirements: - All fire door sets and materials fitted must meet the certification standards of approved body - Installation to be undertaken by a fire door certified operative eg. BMTRADA or other approved certified body - All related ironmongery and fixings to be fire rated in line with current regulations also. The contract will run for an initial three-year duration. Home Fix Scotland may wish, at its sole discretion, to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further 2, 12-month periods subject to the mutual consent of the successful tenderers. Interested parties must first evidence to Home Fix Scotland that they have the requisite technical capacity and experience to undertake works of this nature, before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
