Hire of technical resources for operational and administration assignments for the regional data processing centres in HSØ for Sykehuspartner HF

Description

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of technical resources for operational and administration assignments in the regional data processing centres in Helse Sør-Øst RHF (HSØ RHF). Sykehusinnkjøp HF is making the procurement on behalf of Sykehuspartner HF. Lot 1: HSØ RHF has rent contracts with DigiPlex AS at Ulven and Basefarm AS at Grorud for the rent and operation of computer rooms. Sykehuspartner HF operates the services for HSØ RHF in these data processing centres, and would like to strengthen the work within operations and administration by hiring in dedicated resources for installation and clearance assignments in the named data processing centres. The framework agreement will contribute to freeing up time at Sykehuspartner HF for capacity management and administration of the services. The estimated scope is approx. 3200 hours over a 12 month period, with some variation in the amount of work from week to week. When signing a framework agreement, the contracting authority must state the maximum value of the contract that is expected in the contract's duration, c.f. the public procurement regulations, section 5-4, fifth paragraph. The value of any options must be included in the calculation of the framework agreement's value, including any options to extend the framework agreement. The estimate value for this framework agreement is NOK 11-13 million. However, the contracting authority has no obligation to procure the estimated volume.
