Monitoring and Evaluation of FCDO's Core Funding to the World Health Organization (WHO)

Description

The Foreign and Commonwealth development Office (FCDO) has awarded the contract for 'Monitoring and Evaluation of FCDO's Core Funding to WHO' to Tropical health Consulting LLP. The objectives of the Monitoring and Evaluation activities under this contract are to provide FCDO with: a) analysis of the possible pathways of change which could lead to reform being achieved over the long term; b) an assessment of current progress towards reform; and c) an assessment of the relative importance of FCDO flexible core funding to both reform ambitions and achieving global health outputs. The contract value is 548,590.80 for 2 years duration of the Contract, with option to extend by 18 months and increase the value up to a total of £840,000 including the Extension Period.
