As a part of the service the owner, a former Max Planck Professor, uses is contacts in the field to provide state of the art materials that are not accessible anywhere on the marked. Lot 1: The order involves the purchase of isotopically pure Germanium which has been enriched in St Petersburgh, Russia and further purified at the institute for crystal growth in Berlin, Germany. The whole process is organized by the vendor, MBE komponenten, Germany. The purpose is for experimenting with crystal growth of Ge quantum devices and to see the effect of isotopically pure materials with the potential of achieving longer spin relaxation times in Qubits.
