Description

The contest is for the delivery of food products to institutional households for the copurchase parties mentioned in point I.1.1). The contract consists of the following product groups: 1) groceries — estimated annual volume NOK 46 300 000 excluding VAT. Frozen bread products are included in this group; 2) fish and fish products, fresh and frozen — estimated annual value NOK 4 750 000 excluding VAT; 3) fowl, poultry, egg and products thereof — estimated annual volume NOK 3 300 000, excluding VAT; 4) fresh vegetables, fruit and potatoes — estimated annual volume NOK 1 300 000 excluding VAT; 5) milk and dairy products — estimated annual volume NOK 17 000 000 excluding VAT. Fresh bread is not part of this contract. Fresh fish and fresh fish products are not part of this contract. School fruit is not included in this contest. Nutritional drinks (for medical use) are not included in this contest. Value food is not included in the framework agreement, see www.verdimat.no The contracting authority reserves the right to go outside the contract for the procurement of products that are purchased directly from the manufacturer. Schools, nurseries and other entities that do not have reception kitchen and industrial kitchen are not included in the contest. Unless individual co-purchase parties and the chosen tenderer agree on including small entities in this framework agreement's terms (option). The procurement value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain as the volume relates to a previous framework agreement. The volume will be dependent on i.a. the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. The volume can also increase due to increased participation of separate units. The value must be considered as an estimate and is not binding. Changes to the contracting authorities' procurement patterns, due to reforms, etc., must be included in the framework agreement on the same terms as the original contract. Refer to the procurement documents for further information. Lots/groups Tenders can be submitted for one or several groups. Sub-tenders and alternative tenders cannot be submitted within each group. A contract will be signed with 1 (one) tenderer per group. The contracting authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and to assume all or parts of a tender. Framework agreement. The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement. The contracting authority will sign a contract with one or several tenderers. The contracting authority expects tenderers to familiarise themselves with the contractual provisions and make the necessary clarifications internally in readiness to sign a contract if awarded.
