Framework Agreement for Painter and Floor Covering Installer Services

Description

The Framework Agreement concerns services and goods for painter and floor covering installer services for the municipalities' buildings. Lot 1: Time municipality, the department for properties, operates and maintains approx 200 houses and 50 public buildings. As a supplement to our department for painting works Time municipality would like to enter into a contract with a cooperation partner for large and minor projects and maintenance of the municipality's buildings when needed. The materials consumed in connection with assignments shall be included in the contract, in accordance with reservations stated in point 1.3. The Contracting Authority has a separate contract for materials for assignments carried out by the organisation. However, the materials for the Contracting Authority wants to procure for own consumption are included in the contract. Further details of the delivery are in the requirement specification, point 5.
