Repair & Maintenance of the Ross Fountain The City of Edinburgh Council requires a maintenance contractor to undertake annual maintenance and repairs of the Ross Fountain including legionella control, There may be occasions where ad-hoc specialist services are required from the contractor in relation to the Fountain and you may be required to subcontract on behalf of the Council. Maintenance/Servicing/Repairs - summary Filter basket servicing (weekly, or as seasons require) Visual checks (monthly) UV lamp servicing (quarterly / annually) Safety equipment check (Annually) Fountain Clean (Annually) Emergency Cover for Work performed by CEC staff Pumps Legionella testing and treatment
