Sludge transport services

Description

The objective of the procurement is the collection of sludge and sewage water from sludge interceptors, grey water tanks, mini treatment plants and sealed tanks in the municipalities of Rygge, Råde, Våler and Moss. There are approximately 1 700 tanks in the four municipalities combined, of which the majority are emptied each year. The tanks are of different sizes and design. The tanks are emptied at set emptying frequencies and will to a large extent be full. There will also be a need for emptying by call-off for emergencies. The collected sludge shall be delivered to Kambo Treatment Plant (Fuglevik Treatment Plant from 2020). A reserve solution will be delivery to sludge receiving at Gatedalen Waste Plant in Sarpsborg. The procurement comprises four contracts, one for each municipality. Tenderers must submit tender offers on all of the municipalities. Four contracts will be signed, respectively covering Moss kommune, Rygge kommune, Råde kommune and Våler kommune. Movar will be the contracting party.
