Ringerike municipality requests a system for medical remote follow-up Ringerike therefore intends to procure an overall system that includes medical support and medical remote follow-up. The equipment must communicate with the patient living at home and the municipality. The municipality must also be able to use the current equipment. Lot 1: Different user groups in Ringerike municipality make it a condition that different interfaces are offered to the users. The system must contain a dynamic separate treatment plan, and the history must be available to the patient. The system must be installable on the patient's unit independent the operating system. The system should contain a validated Covid-19 questionnaire translated into relevant languages. As the system shall be used for different special field, it is important that it is easy to submit own templates and questionnaires. The system must communicate with the municipality's EHR via the welfare technology hub. Due to security, it is important that the software and the hardware are CE marked, ISO 13485.
