The Provision of Preventative Planned Maintenance & Repair of Vehicles over 7.5 Tonnes (to include: Refuse Collection Vehicles, Gritters, Articulated Units, Ejection Trailers and Hook lifts)

Description

Planned Preventative Maintenance and unscheduled repair provision for heavy vehicles over 7.5 tonnes (gross Vehicle Weight), that are a part of the current council’s fleet. In order to ensure that the council continues to meet its legal requirements in terms of vehicle maintenance and repair the council requires to appoint a single Service Provider to cover these service provisions. Lot 1: The council is looking for a single Service Provider to carry out the whole life preventative planned maintenance and unscheduled repair function for the vehicles and associated equipment include spare parts. The core requirements of the contract are split amongst the following two elements: 1. Preventative Planned Maintenance 2. Unscheduled Repair Services
