Establishment of a Single Party Framework Agreement for a Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Consultancy Service to develop Active Travel Town Plans. The services will include the role of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Landscape Design, Planning, Environmental, Conservation & Heritage design services. The Initial contract is for Skerries Active Travel Plan (Phase 0-2) FCC/255/23 which will include but is not limited to scope and purpose, route selection, feasibility and options report and relevant NTA Gateway Reports but with further contracts expected for subsequent project phases. Design services will include but is not limited to - reviewing existing Active Travel infrastructure in towns such as cycle paths, footpaths, connectivity & permeability.
