The contracting authority wants to establish a dynamic purchasing system (dps) that must comply with our requirements for furniture and fittings for new buildings, projects, investments, etc. The dynamic purchasing system must include all procurements of furniture and fittings for Akershus County's new buildings, renovation projects, larger projects investments, etc. The system includes furniture and fittings for meeting rooms, canteens, waiting rooms, receptions, libraries (not library shelves) and other relevant product areas/categories. The dynamic purchasing system shall apply to procurements above NOK 100 000 excluding VAT. Procurements under NOK 100 000 excluding VAT as well as other procurements are be made against framework agreement(s). In this stage of the process, interested suppliers can apply to be qualified and included in the dynamic purchasing system. Only qualified suppliers will have access to the published competitions included in the scheme.
