Description
There is a need for administrative HRs related to the payroll area - payroll employees and sub-project manager for the introduction of a new payroll system in VLFK [Vestland County]. The assignment is divided into several lots: Based on the tenders received, we may consider the award of lots to one, two or three tenderers. The tenderers are asked to specify which lots the different HRs are offered. The value of the contract is estimated to be NOK 2-4 million excluding VAT per year dependent on consumption. We emphasise that the stated value is to be considered as an estimate only. The right has been reserved to make changes in volume, partly on the basis of budget situations which affect the contracting authority's activity. Further details of the delivery are given in Annex A - Requirement Specifications. Lot 1: Sub-project manager, new payroll system VLFK shall from 01.04.2023 change its current system to VISMA HRM: We want to engage a sub-project manager in a 100% position for the payroll system area. The sub-project manager must present reports to the project manager and be a connecting link between the project and the Payroll department, c/o the manager at HRs payroll division. Lot 2: Payroll employees VLFK shall from 01.04.2023 change its current system to VISMA HRM: There is an estimated need for support in the project work from a total of 3-5 man-years for the payroll area. These professional resources will be brought from the payroll department for working on organising the new system.
