The call for tenders concerns the selection of an implementing body in charge of carrying out the actions aimed at achieving the objectives set out in the framework of an Information and Promotion Program submitted under EU Regulation No. 1144/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council - Call 2023 that will take place in the following countries: USA - AUSTRALIA and will have the following EU denomination product as testimonial product: PROSCIUTTO DI CARPEGNA DOP WP2 - Public Relations. WP3 - Web site, Social media WP4 - Advertising WP5 - Communication tools WP6 - Events WP7 - POS Promotions The executing body must therefore ensure: - the project development of the work packages that make up the three-year Program, starting with the signing of the contract between the contracting body and the executing body; - the operational activation of the promotional actions and activities planned for the period established by the Program, on the basis of the objectives envisaged by the communication strategy, including through constant monitoring of the activities carried out and their effects; - the financial-administrative management of the work packages that make up the Program, including periodic technical reports, the final technical report and all the necessary documentation for reporting. The service should be characterized by qualified technical and operational support, high quality of the products produced, and distinguished by the innovativeness of the messages, the tools with which to convey them, and the ways of engaging the target audience. The development and execution of the agreed activities of the Program must take place in a manner consistent with the general and specific objectives and communication strategy, taking into account the Priorities and objectives of EU Reg. 1144/2014, ensuring a clear recognition of the Program and its promoters In the context of this procedure, Directive 2014/24/EU and Legislative Decree 36/2023 are applied only if referred to in the tender documents (notice, technical specifications and their annexes) in accordance with Regulation(EU) No. 1144/2014, European Commission Guidelines DDG1.B5/MJ/DBD(2016)321077 of 07/07/16 and Dec.
