Public Notice of Tender for the selection, by means of an open competitive procedure, of an ‘Implementing Body’ engaged for the realisation of the actions directed at the attainment of the objectives that are provided by the Programme ‘Think Milk, Taste Europe, be Smart!’. This program was presented within the Call for proposals AGRIP – SIMPLE 2023 grants for information and promotion actions concerning agricultural products carried out in the internal market and in third countries in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1144/2014 and is concerning information and promotion activities aimed at the target countries Italy and Germany. The area of interest is the dairy sector, with particular focus on cow's milk. Lot 1: Public Notice of Tender for the selection, by means of an open competitive procedure, of an ‘Implementing Body’ engaged for the realisation of an information and promotion campaign directed at the attainment of the objectives that are provided by the 3-years-Programme (2024-2027) ‘Think Milk, Taste Europe, be Smart!’ that will be carried out in Italy and Germany. The area of interest is the dairy sector, with particular focus on cow's milk. The successful tenderer will have to organize, develop and coordinate different areas of activity by identifying the best strategic and innovative solutions, divided into: - Permanent PR activities, press office; - Collaborations with influencer; - PR radio-TV; - Press events: blogger tour; - Press events: press training activities; - Website and social media; - Print and online advertising; - Communication tools and video; - Trade fairs; - B2B events for media and content creator; - Sponsorship of consumer events; - Study trip for trade operators; - Other promotional events for trade operators; The service consists in carrying out the information and promotion activities envisaged by the Programme. The implementing body must therefore ensure: - the development and implementation of the information and promotion activities foreseen by the three-year programme, starting from its launch; - that these activities are carried out in accordance with the Programme’s timetable, on the basis of the objectives described in the action and communication strategy and through results and impact monitoring; - the financial management of the Programme, including the preparation of periodic and final technical reports (operational e financial); - that the development and execution of the Programme is carried out taking into consideration the priorities and objectives of EU Regulation no. 1144/2104, ensuring clear recognition of the Programme, its promoters and the European co-financing from which it benefits - according to the rules and regulations indicated by the European and national legislation of reference.
