- Assess options for, and then develop and design, a viable, cost-effective and sustainable Scheme to the Target Standard of Protection (or an alternative, if approved by the OPW) for the Study Area (Clonakilty) to reduce or prevent damages and risks associated with flooding from watercourses (rivers and streams) and the sea (Clonakilty Harbour) in the Study Area, having regard to the analysis and outcomes of the SW CFRAM Study. - Bring the preferred Scheme (if any) to formal Public Exhibition through the Arterial Drainage Acts. - To undertake and complete the detailed design of the final preferred scheme - Manage the construction of the works
