PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT (PME) NOTIFICATION - THE TENDER DOCUMENTATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. However, interest (Expressions of interest) can be registered here (if not already completed), and please refer to the UK2: Preliminary market engagement notice for further details on the Engagement process being undertaken (see 'https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/011119-2025', although please note that the Engagement period has now passed, but the Expression of interest window is being kept open for any new Expressions of interest to be captured). A national multi-lot framework agreement for vehicle charging infrastructure solutions utilised by ultra-low and zero emission vehicles, including supply and installation of electric vehicle charging points (standard/fast/rapid/ultra-fast) and related services. The duration of the framework agreement is expected to be for 24 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. Suppliers should note that this is a preliminary market engagement exercise (and NOT a competitive tender process at this stage). The participation of a supplier in this preliminary market engagement will not constitute any contractual agreement between the respondent and ESPO. It is anticipated that Suppliers taking part in the preliminary market engagement will not be put at an unfair advantage when bidding for this framework. A supplier's participation, or lack of participation, shall not impact the ability of the supplier to participate in any resulting tender exercise. Suppliers should note that any interest indicated does not constitute a commitment to participate in any future tendering exercise.
