Although this procurement is being conducted under the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN), it is structured differently from a typical CPN process. This approach has been adopted to enhance the efficiency of evaluating supplier responses across both stages (SPD and ITT). We require a dedicated small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) laboratory system with high brilliance for analysis of a wide range of samples over the colloid length scale. The system must be configured such that it is suitable for a broad user base of varying experience, and be delivered and installed in a state that is ready for immediate use including all accessories, sample stages.
