Capital Works Contractors Framework

Description

A framework for delivering construction and property works (building improvements; repairs and maintenance, mechanical and electrical; plant improvements repairs and maintenance, Fire Safety and Retrofit) for the Property Management and Development Divisions of the Supporting Communities Directorate, but also for use by the Authority’s other Directorates and Divisions. An option for other London Boroughs to participate in this framework. The contract will be for a period of four years (4) commencing on 1st September 2025.
