This procurement is concerned with the purchase of a service led by Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) to provide unpaid carers with support and financial health checks. This in turn informs, enables and empowers unpaid carers to know their rights, to be healthier, happier, and financially better off so they can continue in their caring role. All of which are encompassed by the HSCP’s key priorities and principles as laid out within the HSCP’s Strategic Commissioning Plan.
