The contracting authority calls for tenders for a framework agreement for the user-controlled personal assistance scheme (Norwegian: BPA-ordningen) for the clients. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/153248877.aspx. The municipalities have a total population of approx. 41 000 and the current scope of scheme is shown in the tender documents. In the case of new BPA schemes, the municipality will assess whether the service is to be provided by the municipalities themselves or if the service is to be provided by a framework agreement provider. Where the service is to be provided by a framework agreement provider, contracts are awarded by user choice. Framework agreements will be signed with minimum 3 providers. The agreement does not represent any obligation for the contracting authority to purchase a specific volume within the individual area during the agreement period.
