The Council invites bidders to respond to this opportunity for the provision of street lighting maintenance and a related installation programme with capital investment provided by the Council for a contract period of 4 years with the option to extend for up to a period or periods totaling a further 4 years. The Council is conducting this procurement using the Restricted Procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI2015/102)
