Description

The Contracting Authority requires repairs to be made to the Access Control Building on Berkeley Site (see Figure 1 and 2) which is to remain in service until 2038. Past investment into the repairs has been intermittent and largely unsuccessful with a number of 'D' level of defects identified during LC28 inspections. The building will remain in service for the duration of the works therefore a programme timetable is required.
