Building Fire & Security Maintenance

Description

To provide the Authority with services as detailed in the specification and as outlined below: Fire Services: (Including but not limited to) The Contractor will provide a service to repair, service and maintain the fire infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: • Fire/Smoke detection systems. • Fire suppression systems. • Fire alarms. • Fire extinguishers. Security Services: (Including but not limited to) The Contractor will provide a service to repair, service and maintain the security infrastructure of the sites including as and when requested: • Intruder alarms. • CCTV. • Panic alarms. • Access control. To provide the following electrical maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas: 1. Reactive Maintenance Services – To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building fire and security defects. Note: This includes all Salto access control issues. 2. Minor Works Service – To undertake minor fire and security works to improve and alter the Authority’s sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands. 3. Planned Preventative Maintenance (Servicing) – To undertake periodic servicing of fire and security services as requested by the Authority.
