Description

Upgrade of existing Anywhere 365 system utilised by the council's customer contact team to manage incoming contacts. Lot 1: As Anywhere365 is owned by Work Stream People, a Microsoft recommended software company based in the Netherlands, a UK based supplier is required to manage the software on behalf of the council. The supplier will also act as a technical advisor and intermediary to assist with procuring software solutions, installation and implementation and for advice and general support. Additional information: Contract is for period of 3 years with option of extending for 1 year to 2027 already built in. 4 years is the maximum period permitted under framework agreement procuring from.
