Framework agreement for supplier-independent consultancy/research and analysis services

Description

The Brønnøysundr Register Centre has entered into a framework agreement for supplier-independent consulting, research and analysis services within the ICT area. Lot 1: The purpose of this framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority's need for access to strategic ICT advice, research and analysis services from a collaboration partner that is supplier-independent. The contract involves member-based services, independent and objective analyses of technology, patented research process, local language advisors and customer contacts, global and local presence, and a selection of Norwegian and foreign trade conferences. The subscriptions will support ICT strategic advice, including management models, architectural work, risk management, choice of technology, IT operations and management models, sourcing, support for requirements specifications in procurement and implementation of efficiency and profit taking. The knowledge will be made available through consulting/publications/seminars and conferences.. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between NOK 28,000,000 and NOK 68,000,000, and is calculated over the entire duration of the contract including options, i.e., a total of 4 years.
