Procurement - service provision contracts reserved for non-profit actors for Rødtvet Nursing Home and Smestadhjemmet

The contracting authority would like to procure service provision contracts for Rødtvet Nursing Home and Smestadhjemmet respectively. Provision of 24 hour places in long term homes are to be provided, with all the necessary accompanying functions. In addition, places in day centres must be provided. One contract will be signed for each long term home. The procurement is thus divided into two sub-contracts: • Service provision contract for Rødtvet Nursing Home • Service provision contract for Smestadhjemmet The same tenderer may be awarded both sub-contracts. The contract is reserved for non-profit organisations in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section § 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 2-4 letter h. The contract will be carried out as a business transfer with the provisions as stated in the Working Environment Act chapter 16. Lot 1: Procurement - service provision contract for Rødtvet Nursing Home. The contracting authority would like to procure a service provision contract for Rødtvet Nursing Home. Provision of 24 hour places in long term homes are to be provided, with all the necessary accompanying functions. In addition, places in day centres must be provided. Rødtvet Nursing Home has a total of 66 long term places and 20 places in a day centre. The long term places are divided into 41 ordinary long term places and 25 sheltered long term places. The contract has a duration of 6 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The contract is reserved for non-profit organisations in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section § 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 2-4 letter h. The contract will be carried out as a business transfer with the provisions as stated in the Working Environment Act chapter 16. The contract can be extended for a further 1+1 year. The maximum duration is until 31.08.2030. Lot 2: Procurement - service provision contract for Smestadhjemmet The contracting authority would like to procure a service provision contract for Smestadhjemmet. Provision of 24 hour places in long term homes are to be provided, with all the necessary accompanying functions. In addition, places in day centres must be provided. Smestadhjemmet has a total of 111 long term places and 14 day centre places. The long term places are divided into 79 ordinary long term places and 32 sheltered long term places. The contract has a duration of 8 years and 2 months, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 year. The contract is reserved for non-profit organisations in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section § 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 2-4 letter h. The contract will be carried out as a business transfer with the provisions as stated in the Working Environment Act chapter 16. The contract can be extended for a further 1+1 year. The maximum duration of the contract is until 30.09.2032.
