Description

Trondheim municipality consists of approx. 250 units with a total of approx. 1,000 delivery addresses. The largest individual user of the contract will be Trondheim municipality's production kitchen, which will use approx. one third of the turnover. Other users are, for example, nurseries, schools and before-and-after-school care. Trondheim municipality's production kitchen delivers food to all the nursing homes in the municipality and to persons living at home in addition to catering for private customers. There is a lot of focus on food and health in schools and nurseries. The Contracting Authority requests tenders for the following: 1. Fresh and frozen products: — Vegetables and potatoes — Fruit — Berries — Herbs — Eggs — Frozen vegetables — Frozen fruit/berries 2. Prepared products — Ready to cook/ready cooked vegetables — Sous vide potatoes — Ready peeled and chopped vegetables.
