0048 - The Provision of a Digital International Payments (IMT) Partner

Description

Through this Procurement Process, An Post is seeking to identify and appoint a suitably qualified and experienced partner to provide a white-label digital international payments solution, operating under the An Post Money brand and fully integrated into the An Post Money App (iOS and Android) via API / SDK. The solution must be operational and available to An Post Money customers in the Republic of Ireland. For the avoidance of doubt, the channel in scope for this procurement is the An Post Money App only; the An Post Money website is not in scope. The proposition will be An Post-led in terms of distribution, brand and customer relationship, and partner-enabled in terms of platform, transaction processing, payout networks, compliance tooling and operational servicing. The Contract, the subject of this competition, is intended to take the form of a Single Party Framework Agreement / Contract for an initial term of seven (7) years, with an option for AN POST to extend for one or more further periods of up to two (2) years in aggregate (giving a maximum potential term of nine (9) years), at AN POST’s sole discretion, subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. ** As this tender does not relate to the provision of postal services, it is not being conducted pursuant to the EU utilities procurement regime. **
